2 bedrooms have a mezzanine with double mattress. There are a total of 7 beds + 2 single mattresses which can also be used if required.
Our Villa is located in the famous village Vence, 15 km from beach and Nice. It is very coveted amongst foreigners and well known for its Old Town and Art. Did you know that famous painters like Matisse lived there? You can visit his Chapelle in Vence.
The Villa offers superb views of the sea, the neighbouring art village Saint Paul de Vence and even Cap d'Antibes.
It's 5 minutes drive from the Center of Vence, in quiet and green surroundings. Away from the busy coast line - but still close by.
Your kids will love the water slide into the pool. Have fun with the pool waterfall and enjoy a hot shower in the outdoor solar shower afterwards.
Close by you will find perfect conditions to go hiking, climbing, rafting or just swimming in natural pools with spectacular water falls. It's only a short walk to the cool, green rivers of Vence. Vence offers lots of forest and water. Or take the car to the waterfall of Vence. On horseback you can explore the "col de Vence", the highest point of Vence. It also offers lots of walks in wild nature.

The pool can be heated from app. May-oct. In summer it has around 28°c.
If pool heating is desired, this costs 100 € per week. It can warm the water by 5-8 ° C. No more!
Great location with easy access to Vence and a short drive to all beaches from Monaco to Cannes. You need to explore the Vieux Nice (pld Town) of Nice.
Sant Tropez is worth a day trip.
We built the villa ourselves with lots of love! :-) There are lots of fine details and lots of the furniture is handmade.

The house was fantastic. The children especially enjoyed the pool and the cinema room.
Lene has been very helpful and easy to communicate with.
For pets, a fee of 50€ will be charged per booking.
The whole house and garden is available to take advantage of.
Only the guest house above the garages remains locked. In 1 of the 3 guest apartments lives the house keeper couple. But you will only see them in case you need some help with the house.
We are not in the house when it is rented out to you!
In case of problems in the house you get from us our mobil number and the number from the caretaker. He will be there immediately and competent to help. He lives in the guest house.
On request, our cleaning lady can also come during her stay and carry out cleaning as required. These costs are payable directly to the cleaning woman in cash. For the whole house it costs 100 euros.
The pool is only for you and you can use it 24/7! The pool can be heated from May-oct.
Behind the main house direction towards the road is our guest house with 3 apartments and 4 garages used as storage. In one of the apartments lives the caretaker. You can not see this building when you are in the house or on the terrace and it is not part of the rental. But the care taker cannot look into the villa or the garden / pool.
Vence is a cosy small village with apphabitants. Lots of art, regional products, gift ideas, fountains, rivers. Cosy old town. 4 supermarkets. Bakers, bio shops etc. 15 Min. by car to the beach (Cagnes sur Mer). 30 Min. to Nice.
The villa is quietly situated in the countryside on the outskirts of Vence, 3 km from the center.
From all rooms, balcony and terrace you have a fantastic panoramic view over the old town of Vence & Saint Paul de Vence to Antibes and the sea.
Three of the four neighbors use their villas only as holiday houses in summer. The owners come from Holland, Denmark, Germany and France.
