It is situated in a beautiful location, at the end of a quiet street that leads directly to the beach. It is well insulated and consumes less energy due to the predominantly oil-fired heating. The house is well furnished and has four bedrooms. It is divided into two areas, each with its own sleeping area and bathroom. Therefore it is well suited for two to three families. Fishing from the shore and from the nearby harbour is very popular here. Some other attractions in the area include Djurs Summerland, Ree Park and the Kattegat Centre.
