Open kitchen fully equipped to a high standard includes a full-length fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 4 ring hob, oven and breakfast bar. The living area has a large flat screen Tv with a few English news channels, Cd/radio/cassette player. The kitchen and living room lead to the large terrace with an awning where you can listen to birds singing while you are enjoying outdoor dining. There is a bathroom with bath/shower, heated towel rail and you can enjoy sea view as well. The toilet is separate. The bedroom has a queen size bed and balcony door which takes you on the terrace. The apartment has got 2 reversible air-conditioning units and electric shutters to the windows. Washing machine and tumble dryer all in one. There is a secure parking space inside the residence included in the price.
