This large house is situated just 200 metres away from the beautiful sandy beach, Grønninghoveds. The house is nicely renovated and looks charming and pleasant. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, where there is also a large kitchen and a bathroom with jacuzzi bath. At this level there is also a games room with table football, darts and a cosy sofa corner. The large living room, the bathroom and two large bedrooms are on the first floor and there is a roofed terrace in front. Do enjoy the peaceful view of the cottage area. The fenced garden which is located on both sides of the house also has a covered terrace and a carport. From the camping area, which is situated behind the house, a small entrance leads to the outdoor pool (open in high season). Grønninghoved is a large holiday home area situated in the south-east of Jutland and offers view of the Little Belt Bridge. This fantastic area with forests, meadows and beaches are very well suited for families with children. Do enjoy a stroll and relish coffee at this holiday home which is located about 10 km south-east of Kolding. Do also visit the Koldinghus Castle. Incidentally, the Binderup Beach, which is located next to the holiday home, is the best beach in Denmark, where families with children can have a wonderful time.
