It is a family orientated building with a lovely atmosphere on a private road with 24 hrs security around the building with CCTV monitored at security reception, guest intercom. The apartment is situated on the 9th floor with an exquisite city and airport view. It is inclusive with all facilities. There are two modern lifts, 24hr direct gas and 24hr hot & cold running water. Additionally included are amenities for guests to enjoy such as a swimming pool, a jogging track, a gym, a clubhouse, a landscape garden and a fun play area for the children. (gym & swimming pool are allowed to be used by guest who are staying for a minimum of 3 weeks).
Our flat is fully and beautifully furnished to a very high standard, with a combination of both east and west culture incorporating beautifully handmade maharajah style furniture, It has AC in both bedrooms, fans in all rooms, a 40" LCD TV choice with over 400 channels showing live English premiership & European football matches as well as a variety of other sports and multi language channels to suit your taste. A cinema sound DVD player and two cordless phones available with free local calls for your convenience to book taxi, free home delivery of takeaway or groceries. additionally we provide you along with a PC with Microsoft Office, a laser printer with scanner and 24 hrs complimentary wifi / broadband.
