Each of our villas dispose of two independent apartments: they have a day area and one for the night; from one to six people can live there comfortably.
In the ground floor there is a large living room-kitchen and a bathroom; outside a pergola with kitchen and barbecue and an independent garden with an external shower.
In the first floor there are two bedrooms (a double and a twin), a bathroom and a lumber room.
Also included: silverware, dishware, pans, mixer, table cloths, etc.
At the swimming pool we have sun chairs and umbrellas for our guests; its depth goes from 90 cms to 250 cms; a small part is separated for the use of children.
The gazebo is the meeting point of the Residence: with a bar and a playground for children, here you can spend your evenings in company. Free Wi-Fi area.
Common: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 31 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 15 to 30 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
