House Details:
Comfortable villa in a convenient position in Vilamoura. A substantial four-bedroom house in a private Cul-de-sac, it lies an easy walk from the buzzing marina and backs onto the Pinhal golf course, making it ideal for keen players.
Inside and out, the property has everything guests need for a comfortable and relaxed stay. A cool, well-equipped kitchen is matched by a pleasant open-plan living and dining area, which opens to reveal a large garden terrace. The three attractive twin bedrooms, each complemented by their own ensuite bathroom and a master double bedroom with ensuite shower room are all air-conditioned for added comfort.
The villa sits within a spacious lawned and paved garden giving guests plenty of room to relax. Lying alongside the main terrace to the side of the villa, the swimming pool is nicely secluded and framed with further paved areas. One of the best features of the property is its excellent barbecue area, which provides plenty of enticement to stay at home and enjoy sunny poolside meals.
Just a short drive brings you to the sandy resort beaches and when you fancy venturing, there are several restaurants and bars and a useful supermarket within 700metres away.
