It is within walking distance to all the attractions and public transportation, tucked in a very safe neighborhood. There are countless amazing restaurants, music venues, and taxi stations within a few tens of meters. Walk to the Duomo, La Galleria, La Scala Theater, Sforzesco Castle, the streets of Fashion and parks.

The 1-BR apartment has mostly brand new or barely used furniture - as well as a living room, kitchen and bathroom that have all been recently updated and furnished. There are two sofa-beds and the kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience!
The apartment is further polished with:

Our home is newly furnished with plenty of space for you and your guests. We have professional cleaners come after each stay to make sure the room is in meticulous condition for incoming guests.

After 11 PM = 30 euro

You will be provided with a combination code to unlock the front door. You will be greeted and given a key for the main building door.

The building is very elegant and it's located in one of the finest area of Milan. A short walk from the Duomo, the Castello Sforzesco and Brera is the ideal place to enjoy Milan. The Cordusio Metro is an 8 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
Uber, Taxis, Public Transit are all available.

Very Important Info:
CITY TAX: Kindly note, the City of Rome requires a City Tax, which is 3.5 euro for each guest per night (10 nights max). Children under 10 year are free of charge. This will be collected by our check-in staff.
SAME DAY CHECK-IN: If you are booking and checking in within 24 hours, there will be a €20 fee that must be paid to our check-in person.
IMPORTANT note for Guests: If you are booking for TODAY, please send us a request instead of instant booking so that we may confirm the apartment is ready for you. Thanks! :)

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
