You are privately renting an entire estate with two villas, pool, petanque, bar/billard-room on a gated ground. Great views towards the sea. Close to Nice and Cannes. Ideal for large families - and we could even host your wedding party on the grounds
The two villas are situated slightly apart on the grounds with plenty of privacy in each villa. The villas are typical provencal style, one of them with wooden beams in the ceiling. The more spacious villa contains three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two sofa beds with room for four more persons. The other villa contains three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a possibility for two extra beds. The place is ideal for family get-togethers.
Barbeques and meals may be enjoyed in the patio, soaking in the view towards the sea and mountains or down by the pool in the garden in the sunshine. You will also have a private bar house with billards, and (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) acres) of ground. The large pool (12*6 m) and gardens, with olive trees and a delicious smell of pine trees, offer an idyllic escape from the bustle of Nice whilst being only 30 minutes away.
As a little fun thing you may feed the sheep, and enter their forest, but don´t worry, they are fenced off from your garden.
The kitchens are equipped with: microwave, hot plate, oven, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, pots and cooking equipment and of course plates, cups, cutlery etc.
We provide clean bed linen, towels, hand soap and toilet paper. There is Wi-fi and Tv with Internet Tv channels.

The estate is fenced with automatic gates that serves our two villas on the ground. There is ample parking space on the grounds, with easy access to the villas. Private patios with Weber barbeques, a large pool (12*6 m) for your use only and sun beds. Furthermore you will have your own billards room and bar. Your private grounds are aroundm2 with a fenced forest and grazing sheep.
Arrival: We are happy for you to check in early or late if there are no guests before or afterwards, otherwise check in is after 16:00 and check out before 10:00 to allow plenty of time for the villa to be professionally cleaned. If you arrive early we will provide you with tips of where to find a nice coffee bar or a good restaurant.
The location is superb, situated 2 minutes’ drive from the medieval village Tourrettes sur Loup with lots of cute shops, a weekly market and cozy restaurants, even one with a Michelin star. It's an hours’ drive from ski resorts and half an hours’ drive from the French Riviera, allowing you to enjoy both. An hours' drive from the stunning canyon Gorges du Verdon with boat rental on the river, and same distance from Saint Tropez. Also within easy reach of the film and fashion city Cannes and the perfume town Grasse.
Even though most people find it handy to have a car of their own whilst here, there is a bus stop 1 minutes walk from the villa, and for 1,5 euro you will be able to travel around Cote d´Azur.
The property is great for events like a wedding or a birthday party, and also it is ideal if you want to do team-building, a week of yoga retreat, a painting course or other. If you wish to host an event please let us help to arrange it.
