Pool table and large entertaining area ideal for fun groups. Centered in the heart of Phoenix, minutes away from Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, and Roosevelt Row. I co-host this property with the owner who lives on the street directly behind this house. She and her two daughters keep a close eye on the house to be sure it is secure for all who stay.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Loud Music not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. Noise: The house is in a quiet residential community, so please respect the neighbors need for quiet after 10pm. ,Smoking: Smoke outside only, dispose of your cigarette butts. There will be a $25 fee to dispose of more than 5 cigarette butts found on the grounds. Smoking in the house or any odors of smoke inside the house will incur a minimum of $200 fee.,Animals: All animals (support or family pet) must be announced in advance of a reservation. We charge an additional fee for your pet's accommodations. Pets are not allowed in the house. Any pet odors inside the house will incur a minimum $100 fee.,Animals (Cont.): Unattended pets must be crated. Please be responsible with your pet and clean up after them. Sorry, we cannot accept cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds, hedgehogs, mini pigs, etc. due to health and sanitation issues. ,Extra guests: You may sleep up to 10 individuals at the home. Extra guests are allowed in some instances; please contact us. ,Premises: The tenant agrees to allow owner/manager/representative to enter and view the premises at any time without notice, both inside and outside to inspect the premises or make needed repairs.,Damages: The tenant will be responsible for all damage and/or loss to the property, except normal wear and tear. Accidents happen! We do ask that you please let us know when they do. This will help prevent additional losses. ,Damage (Cont.): Please leave the premises in the same general and good habitable condition. All damaged property will be deducted from your security deposit.,Check-Out: Be mindful that there may be another guest checking in the same day you leave. We do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay cleaners will arrive at 10am. Please dispose of all trash in or next to trash can on right side of house.,Check-Out (Cont.): Please place used dishes in dishwasher and towels in washing machine and turn on cycle to allow us to prepare the property for the next guest. ,Legal: Guest personally assumes all risks of property loss or damage, as well as physical injury or death that may exist in connection with use of the property and agrees to reimburse Host for damage / losses / theft they or a 3rd party (accompanying,guest) incur related to a claim of damage, accident or injury during the use or occupancy of the property.
