TV, dining table for 6 persons and a fully equipped kitchen with all

The upper floor features two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, the
family bathroom and veranda with beautiful sea views accessible from
the two doule bedrooms. The master bedroom offers en-suite shower and
all bedrooms enjoy beautiful sea views

offers a covered veranda and is equipped with modern furniture, sunbeds

Neighbourhood
Maroni Beachfront Villa is located in a tranquil location just a few
meters from the water of Maroni Beach. The villa is conveniently
situated in an area which has easy proximity to all major towns.
Larnaca Airport is about 25 minutes drive, Limassol about 20 minutes
and Nicosia about 35 minutes' drive. The picturesque Zigy Marina with
noumerous fishtaverns worth visiting as well as supermarkets is less
than 2km away. Along the coast there are various beaches that you can
explore, Maroni Beach is just on the front of your garden and an
organised beach with snack bar is about 5 minutes' walk away. Golden
Lemon Fish Tavern & Pool Bar is about 500m from the villa, Kite Surfers
Beach is about 20km away, Secret Paradise and Aldiana Beach Hotel are
about 10km. The nearby villages offer numerous traditional taverns,
cafes and mini markets . The cosmopolitan Mackenzie Beach is about 25
minutes'drive away and the centre of Larnaca about 30 minutes.
The area is very popular with triathlon as well as mountain bike
athletes from all over the world that come for their winter training in
the area. The Kite Surfers Beach is favourite hotspot with a very
welcoming bar while Mackenzie Beach offers an excellent windsurfing
school with the latest equipment and world class trainers. For scuba
divers, there are various ship wrecks to explore the most famous of
which is Zinovia.
Chirokitia Stone Age Settlement dating back more than 5000 years and
Amathounta are must see archeological sites. For the younger guests,
the nearby Camel Park and Donkey Farm are definitely worth a visit.
