UNLIMITED CORPORATE GOLF MEMBERSHIP
Only a one time registration fee of $49+tax pp is applicable and includes: One green fee round on each of the below courses (weekdays anytime & weekends after kl 11 am). You only pay a member cart/fee of $26+tax per person at course. Courses included: Falcons Fire, Ridgewood Lakes, Orange Lake, International Club at Deer Island, Grenelefe, Orange County National (courses varies throughout the season, rates are subject to change. Request for more info).

Personal Chef and Grocery Shopping is available at an additional cost upon request with advance notice.

Any additional housekeeping requirements can be arranged such as on a daily basis upon request at nominal charges

There are 2 large spots in the driveway ok for large SUV or large Vans and 2 cars can park on the road. Any additional cars must be parked at the golf clubhouse. There is no parking on the grass at any time and no overnight parking on the streets due to county ordinance.

CHECK-IN & ADDRESS to home community & our mailbox store office:
You will meet our home caretaker at the Golf Clubhouse at 500 Highlands Reserve Blvd, Davenport 33897 (down the street from our mail box office and listing address at 7862 W US-192, Kissimmee, FL 34747 (this is the mail box office address you also use to send any pre-ordered amazon items or deliveries prior to your arrival). Home is located south of US-192 off Hwy 27 at Highlands Reserve Golf Community near the golf clubhouse, where you will be enjoying complimentary golf green fees (cart $25) with our golf membership and tennis courts, and a snack bar.

BED SET-UP:
Please reach out to our home caretaker via EMAIL at least 2 days prior to your arrival with your preferred bed-set-up (if you are singles or couples/king beds vs twin beds).

IMPORTANT NOTE regarding CHECK-IN:
Please do not just show up and expect to be checked in since this is a private home.
We always try to be flexible on check-in and check-out whenever possible. It all depends on when previous guests check-out, maintenance needing to be done, and when future guests arrive.

CHECK-IN
Normal check-in is at around 5 pm or later for your arrival. This is a private home we do have lots of cleaning to be done and maintenance preparation that needs to be done before you can check-in. We may also have guests checking out the same day you are arriving, so the earliest we can check you in is normally at 5 pm since we need enough time to prepare and clean the home for you. If you are arriving earlier than 5 pm and have a rental car we suggest you keep your luggage in your rental car until 5 pm when we can check you in.

Most important is that our home needs to be completely clean and ready for you before anyone can be allowed inside the home. We cannot let anyone onto the property before your 5 pm check-in. It is our goal to give you as our guest the best first impression. Thank you for understanding.

CHECK-OUT
Normal check-out is at 10 am so we can prepare home for future guests. You can check with our home caretaker in the morning of your departure to see if she can get you a slightly later check-out at noon for instance (if available). Thank you for understanding.
