Small holiday home with large pool near the beach
The Space:
Casa Azul is an exposed location of the beach resort Praia da Areia Branca. The owners live in the main house in the front part of the property. A separate entrance leads to the rear part of the property, where the outdoor area with swimming pool, sea view and barbecue area is located. Here is also the comfortable guesthouse. The outside area is shared with the friendly owners, who are however rarely there during the day, so that one usually has everything for oneself.

The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years (extra charge). If you would like to travel with a child or dog, please contact us before booking!
The Neighborhood:
Praia da Areia Branca is a typical Portuguese seaside resort. Fortunately, there are very few hotels or holiday resorts here, but there is still a lot going on on the beach in August, as many Portuguese from the surrounding area come for a swim. There is a lifeguard who looks after the right one and hundreds of typical beach tents that can be rented for a small fee. Some parts of the beach are guarded by professional lifeguards in summer. Those who want to escape from this hustle and bustle only have to walk one or two bays along the beach and already they have a bay to themselves again. In Praia da Areia Branca there is a beautiful beach promenade with many small cafés and good restaurants. The place is especially suitable for families with young children, as there is a very nice and manageable nightlife and the contact to the locals is very easy. The express bus between Peniche and Lisbon stops almost every hour in this place.The district town of Lourinhã with large supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, health centre, Pharmacies, post office and bank are only 3 km away. A special highlight is the newly opened largest outdoor museum: Dinoparque Lourinhã nearby. Here you will also find the best surf spots in Europe.
Other Things to Note:
The prices are valid as a total price for up to 2 persons and include the costs for electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels.
Possible heating costs will be charged according to consumption.
For the 3rd person there is an extra charge of 10 € per person and day.
The prices are only valid for bookings of seven days or longer.
Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
