The apartment at Fisherman's Point is located on the Eastern side of the condominium complex with a balcony facing the Ocho Rios Bay. This condo is fully air-conditioned with one bedroom with bathroom, a living room with a sofa suitable for sleeping on and dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Fisherman's Point apartments are clustered around a large communal swimming pool for residents and guests in the central courtyard area with well-maintained grounds, landscaped with lots of lush tropical flora, on the Ocho Rios Bay, a stone's throw from the beach, and there is free easy access to the beach at Ocho Rios. The management office is located on the property.
The Bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. It is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan as well.
Living room equipped with cable television, is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan with a sofa suitable for sleeping on.

The apartments form a v-shape, pointing to the cruise ship pier to the North. These self-catering apartments feature private balconies with beautiful views of the Ocho Rios hills and/or the Ocho Rios Bay and Beach which are easily accessible on the Eastern side of the property.
Fisherman's Point is located on the sea in Ocho Rios, about 65 miles from the international airport at Montego Bay. Ocho Rios is a thriving tourist town and home to several of Jamaica's most famous visitor attractions like Dunn's River Falls, Dolphin Cove, and Mystic Mountain for example. Ocho Rios is a lively town with many restaurants, bars, shopping and water sports on the doorstep of Fisherman's Point.
If you rent a car (which is not necessary as taxis and buses are readily available), there is ample free parking on the property. There is an office, small commissary, laundry facilities, and security gate.
Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
