The whole building is a changing gallery, so you will always experience a different setting. Located in Condesa, just 2 blocks from the trendy street Mazatlan and hundreds of restaurants that set apart this neighborhood as the trendiest in the city. The Space:
The entire place is a gallery dedicated to Mexican modern art, the paintings inside the apartments and common areas are for sale and there is "street" art with continuous change throughout the building.
Guest Access:
"The Gallery Condesa" has a Gym, a roof garden with bbq, common TV room, common kitchen (you also have a kitchenette in the apartment), there are multiple places to hang and enjoy a coffee or a meal. High speed internet and cable TV in all rooms. Clothes washing service by request.
Interaction with Guests:
I will not always be present, but there is always someone in the building who can support what the guests need. I can also help with what you need by phone or message during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The Neighborhood:
The Condesa or "The Countess" in Mexico City is the most desirable neighborhood and it is not for nothing, theres always something interesting to do or see. There are bicycles to rent either "ecobicis", "bicigratis", etc. This neighborhood also features some of best restaurants and nightlife. It is very central and safe and it is suitable to enjoy by foot as there is always something interesting around the corner.
Getting Around:
La Condesa is very central within the city. We have the "Circuito Interior" a few meters away where you can take public transportation and the street of Mazatlan two blocks away where you can rent or borrow bicycles. If you have to travel a longer distance you can use the metro station Juanactlán which is less than a block away or take a UBER.
Other Things to Note:
What we are more proud of is our beds (mattress), they are "pillowtop" of the highest quality so you can get a good night sleep! Amenities such as shampoo and soap are included. The building has a roof garden with a bbq. Please notify me and make a reservation if you have any special plans for the rooftop such as an event or party (Only small parties allowed and before 10 PM). The common room has a large cable TV to watch sporting events, play video games, premiere movies, etc.
