Specially designed with a rustic feeling to the floor, you can just put up some lazy chairs, sip on your drink and watch the sun set. The terrace is 650 sq feet and big enough to host a small party too.
Personal Touch:
The apartment comes with a 24/7 caretaker stationed within the apartment, who maintains the apartment cleanliness, prepares basic meals and takes care of all the guests requirements.

Important points while you Reside with us.
1. Please carry your set of keys to the apartment before leaving. Lost keys will be charged Rs 1000 and you might have to wait a very long time before anyone arrives with the duplicate set of keys.
2. Kindly ensure you switch off the a/c's and all other electronics/electricals in the apartment when you go out.
3. Please close the Terrace door and switch off the terrace lights when not in use.
4. Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms and on the couch in the living room. Please stand in the balcony if you wish to have a smoke.
5. Do not throw cigarette butts from the terrace or from the balconies. Use the ashtrays provided.
6. No unauthorised guests or friends are permitted in the apartment at any given time.
7. This is a residential building and we request all our guests to respect the privacy of others residing in the complex.
8. No loud music is permitted in the apartment.
9. 1 dedicated car parking space is available for 1 car only.
10. If we observe any unlawful activity by any guests, we may ask you to vacate the apartment as you will loose your money paid.
11. The apartment is cleaned once a day and beds are made every 3 days. The caretaker stationed at the apartment does not run errands for the guests.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
