Regarding charges: water, electricity, fuel oil, the meters are read by mutual agreement upon arrival and departure. They are billed at cost.
The waste is thrown away, without sorting, in a container. Cost 15 € the reservation.
The tourist tax is 6 € per night for all holidaymakers.
Cleaning is compulsory: cost 120 €. Linen maintenance: € 10 double bed - € 6 single bed but all linen: bed, bath towels, kitchen towels: free.
The beds will be filled on your arrival with a beautiful linen matching the colors of the room.
In addition to the underfloor heating (oil) on the ground floor, radiators in the bedrooms and bathrooms, you will find for the pleasure of the flame, a pellet stove in the living room.
