The apartment has a large veranda that overlooks the Gulf of Castellammare. The veranda is furnished with a table, wooden chairs and armchairs.
Access is guaranteed by an entrance with electronic gate. The apartment can be reached via a staircase that is partly shared with the owners of the apartment on the lower floor.
It is possible to use the large parking area.
We will not be present in the accommodation during the guests' stay but we will be reachable by mobile for any need as we live just a few kilometers from the property.
