With just 3 rooms in this ground floor flat, Teviot Street is an affordable yet lush property where we would love to welcome you in as our guest.
Comprising of your much needed toiletries as well as a hang-on mirror on the wall this is the perfect place to for a short break with there being many areas of interest within a short distance away.
Not only will you be given your very own private room with a key, guests can make use of immaculate communal areas that include a fully kitted kitchen, tidy bathroom and chic garden area - Now how cool is that?!
With the flat being on the ground floor, the entrance to the flat is adjacent to the building front door so there's no need to climb any stairs or access any lifts for entry.
Now what we love about this property is the fact that there'll always be minimal occupants staying here. So with a total of just 3 rooms being present, you will only share with just 2 other persons.
Although we don't accept smokers, with there being a communal garden you can smoke outside.
Even perhaps the weather in London isn't the best, our cool and warm summers are ideal for making the most out of the garden. You can even put on the bbq or spend the night witnessing the stars making your wishes come true in the city that never sleeps.
We will prepare the room up to a high standard ahead of guest check in so cosy bedding will be provided ready for you to have a great nights sleep.
Guest Access:
By staying in this private room, guests will have exclusive access to their very own room with it's own key and lock so no one else can access during your duration of stay.
Security in the building is strong. As well as a key we will provide you with an entrance fob that will need to touched to gain entry into the flat. Once in the building the flat is on the ground floor getting you inside within a few walking steps. Now how convenient is that after a long night fighting the hustle and bustle of the city of London.
The kitchen area and bathroom is accessible and fully functional to use. We have provided cutlery as well as kitchen essentials for those who have booked via AirBnb.
As the flat is single storey all communal areas are on the ground floor.
Interaction with Guests:
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted and given a tour around the property to ensure a smooth check in for all parties. This will be the handover point where you will be given your key and be introduced to your point of contact.s and when needed.
The Neighborhood:
Poplar is a safe and convenient area for travelling around town. There is a parade of shops opposite the flat giving guests the opportunity to purchase groceries or order a take-away.
With there being a diverse range of cultures within the area, experience a real taste of London by staying here.
Getting Around:
Teviot Street is close to Bromley-By-Bow underground station connecting you into central London in a matter of stops.
There is also many bus stops serving the area.
Better yet, if you have a car the A12 dual carriageway will transport you to many areas of London within a short distance away.
There is on street parking available in bays nearby that is permit only.

Check in hours are from 12pm - 6pm
Check out must be done by 11am.
Any special arrangements must be requested in advance.
