This room, looks at the pool and the garden on
each side through beautiful windows that open to reveal a world of fun and beauty.
On one side lies the pool with it's fun and excitement, , and on the other side....the garden.
There are birds on the lawn and in the branches.
Lovely flowers and fruit can be seen in the trees that stand guard around the home .
The room is very airy and filled with sounds of nature..
The walls are a lovely shade of lilac and lend a festive air to the space.
The Space:
This is a large and handsome house, located in a safe and scenic part of St.Mary and is about 10 minutes East of Ocho Rios.
The house stands in a large lot with many natural features such as birds flowers and trees.
There is a pool, a fountain,butterflies, flowers and fruit trees.
There is a lovely spot.
You could sit and enjoy the sun and breeze of Jamaica, also a big yard where your
children can safely run around and play.
If you need help with transfers, we can assist you.
It will cost you US$1.00 per Kilometer, which would be a total of $105.00 t from Montego Bay Airport to "Roses of Avalon"
Guest Access:
You will have access to your room of course, pool, kitchen, living area, parking space, yard space where you can enjoy the view of our beautiful garden.
You would also have access to our bird cage where you can feed the birds but please don't frighten or harm the birds or other wildlife that share the space with us.
Interaction with Guests:
Any trouble or problem that you face, I am easily contacted and i will do my best to help and advise in case of any problem you face. Specially if they arise out of our property.
Certainly I, or one of my colleagues will be available to help with general and country advice.
The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet affluent residential neighborhood with elegant houses that stand on substantial lots.
Its located within a 5 min walk from a supermarket. There is also a major police station in that same plaza, in case of any unfortunate situation.
Getting Around:
The house is very close to a major highway, therefore taxis are readily available.
Renting a car may also be a good option as the house has parking spaces within it's gates.
That would greatly enhance your mobility, and greatly increase your local knowledge.
Ocho Rios is known for many tourist attraction for e.g Dunn's River Falls, Blue Hole, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain and a lot more tourist attractions.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! TAKE DUE PRECAUTION ESPECIALLY FOR KIDS!
Please note that this listing does not come with any form of a meal plan and also that the host is not required to supply groceries to the guest.
The initial cleaning that we provide our guests is charged for as part of the original booking.
New cleanings are very easy to arrange!
All you have to do is ask for a fresh cleaning and one will be provided at the same cost as the first.
Electricity is a huge expense in this big old house. We have routinely received bills exceeding US$1000.00 a month. We are "begging" our guests to have some pity on us!! It is especially galling to see all the airconditioners on full blast, and the guests are not even present in the property.
Please be informed that, in such a case, we will turn off the A/C s ourselves.

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
