My generous studio apartment is good for couples on a budget, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
It is a 3-minute drive from the Airport and within 3-minute walking distance from the hip strip with all its entertainment and excitement.

CITY LIGHTS IS LOCATED IN THE UPPER DECK APARTMENTS ON PARK AVENUE IN MONTEGO BAY.

My generous studio apartment is good for couples on a budget, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

The Space:
City Lights has many advantages as it is in the heart
of festive Montego Bay, which involves traffic, shops, bars and
restaurants. All near the "Hip Strip", which never sleeps.
However, with such surrounding, the noise level is a little
higher than other country properties.
Guest Access:
You have got , of course full access to the studio itself.
In addition to that, there is a good sized pool and decent parking.
There is also a small grocery shop on the premises which is very convenient, along with a few other shops nearby or on the premises.

The Neighborhood:
Upper Deck apartments are located in close proximity to just about type of entertainment and dining that Montego Bay is known for.
Transport is easy to get and all kinds of shopping and banking services are available on St. James Street, just minutes away.
We are located at Upper Deck Condominium, 4 Park Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available.
Free parking is available.
And many services are within walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
In the unlikely event of a power outage/ water turnoff, all rooms are supplied with battery-powered light fixtures. For backup water, there is an outside tank that is powered by a switch located at the entrance. and water supply.
We have provided a reasonable number of sheets and towels etc. However, it is very likely that they will need to be laundered from time to time, especially for longer stays. The responsibility to do this is upon the guest. However, if you wish to pay for extra cleaning, the laundry of the sheets and towels will be done

Normally, between the hours of 9.00 am to 5 pm, there is no charge for checking in or out. as our apartment keys are located at an office that closes at 5.00 pm sharp

After hours, however, overtime payments become unavoidable, as someone has to be present in the apartment till the guests' arrival or departure.
Hence there is a US$10.00 charge for each late check-in or out.

If a guest wishes to check out before the schedule hour (12:00 noon) please advise us prior.

Please note that this listing does not come with any form of a meal plan and also that the host is not required to supply groceries to the guest.

Commencing November 2017, we will be providing our guests with a local phone , including a small startup credit.
This is for them to use in the event of emergencies and as a local convenience.
These phones are provided FOC, and as a gesture of goodwill and concern for our guests.
Please note carefully however that should the phone be lost or damaged while it is in the guests possession, there will be a charge of US$100.00.
The initial cleaning that we provide our guests is charged for as part of the original booking.
New cleanings are very easy to arrange!
All you have to do is ask for a fresh cleaning and one will be provided at the same cost as the first.
Electricity is a huge expense in this big old house. We have routinely received bills exceeding US$1000.00 a month. We are "begging" our guests to have some pity on us!! It is especially galling to see all the airconditioners on full blast, and the guests are not even present in the property.
Please be informed that, in such a case, we will turn off the A/C s ourselves.

Default Cancellation Policy

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.

House Rules
