You can also borrow a book from the villa’s extensive selection. The villa has a full western kitchen for easy meal preparation. You could also order food in from the nearby restaurant, or walk less than 500 meters to find a selection of great restaurants, both Thai and international. The living room is airy and vibrant, with comfortable furniture and a flat-screen TV. There are two bedrooms, both with dress tables and closets. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features 3 single beds, and the second bathroom with a shower is in front of the room. The villa has a laundry room, free Wi-Fi, and safe parking space. Daily maid service is included in the rate. Villa Kaipo belongs to a serene estate in southern Phuket, and it is possible to rent out a few villas of the same style. You can find many attractions in this area, or take a day trip by a long tail boat from the nearby Rawai Beach (1 km away). Adorable Ya Nui Beach is a 5-minutes’ drive away from the villa.

Electricity Charges upto 4BHK Villas : Electricity is free up to 57 units per day over this a charge of 7 baht per unit is made! Please save power and switch your air-conditioning off when not in use.
Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
