The kitchen is equiped with all commodities as china, glasses, cutlery, pans, frying pans, coffee machine, hot water machine, toaster, micro waves, table and chairs.
The kitchen, the living room and all bedrooms has doors that give way direcly to the huge balconies one just to the ocean and the other to the garden ocean and mountain (cabo Girão)
At the south balcony there is a big table with 6 chairs, 2 sun bath chairs and a sun umbrella and in the other balcony chairs.
The livind/dining room has a big dinner table with 8 chairs, a sideboard, a big sofa, two arm chairs a double diva and a coffee table, television.
The surrounding of this property is fantastique: just out of the building, 300 meter lefth you there is the natural swiming pools on the sea Doca do Cavacas, also afther there is Praia Formosa.
In the way rigth there is the swiming pools of Ponta Gorda and other ones further.
All the way to the refered swiming pools is a beutiful walking by the ocean at the hug Maritime Promenade, all the way with flowers and trees.
Around there are restaurantes, coffés out door coffes and tea houses and bars, with music, like the Scat a very good restaurante with performance of Jazz.
Also there is a gimnasium, and a shoping center, Forum Madeira, with a good super market.
The bus stop to go to the city center is just out of the buiding
and the aeroport sutle is just out of the building also.
