The apartment is located at Guadalmansa Playa, only 55 minutes from Malaga and Gibraltar airports. Menara Beach is a beachfront development, set in an "urbanisation" of just a few top quality, luxury residential developments.

The home is fully air conditioned and with under-floor heating for the rare spells of cooler weather. There is a 60' inch flat screen Tv home cinema system with Iptv for all the latest movies, Tv channels and music, all available in a wide selection of languages. A superbly equipped Siemens kitchen provides a great indoor cooking facility. There is a wrap round terrace from lounge to on of the other bedrooms. This is very ideal for breakfasts or relaxing in the sun. The apartment is elegantly furnished throughout.

The master bedroom on the top floor benefits from its own private sun terraces, one with spectacular mountain views, the other with partial Sea views. A wide-screen satellite Tv and music system is provided. The en-suite bathroom includes a Jacuzzi bath. Both the other double bedrooms also have en-suite facilities.

One of these two large sun terraces, has a built in barbeque and a luxurious 6 person outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub, with mood lighting - a wonderful way to relax after a busy day sightseeing or golfing. This Jacuzzi is an optional extra at €25/day

There is a videophone entry system in this secure gated building, with 24 hour security. The apartment has its own secure designated underground garage parking, with direct lift access to the front door – no other apartment entrances are on this penthouse floor.

Menara beach boasts two outdoor and one heated indoor swimming pools, with adjoining saunas, gym, table tennis and library. The sea is just a few steps away, and there is a wonderful beachside promenade - the newly constructed Senda Litoral, eventually joining San Pedro and Estepona - means that you can have the most pleasant beachside walk, leading to three excellent restaurants, including the renowned Tikitano, and the delightful beachfront chiringuito Sonora Beach, offering wonderful food (locally caught turbot is Great!), drinks, water sports and uninterrupted views across the Med.

There are a couple of bistro-style restaurants, one which also offers takeaway food (e.g. roast chicken), within walking distance, and a small supermarket across the bridge. For mainstream shopping, the Carrefour supermarket in Estepona is excellent – especially for fresh fish, hams and cheeses. If you are hungry on the way back from Carrefour, stop at Mr Wok, where you can eat a wide variety of freshly cooked foods from all parts of the world, or ask them to cook your own choice of fish or meet to your taste – eat as much as you want for around €15!

If you don’t want to drive, local bus services are available just by the bridge, serving Estepona, San Pedro. Puerto Banus, Marbella and Malaga. There is also a taxi rank on site, near to the beauty parlour.

The Menara Beach complex offers undisturbed views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the North African coast. Close to the famous 5* Kempinski and Las Dunas hotels. Funny Beach Water Park is a short drive away. Selwo Adventure Park and zoo is a few minutes’ drive away, in a fantastic mountainside setting, with stunning views. Sea World, a cable car ride and many other attractions are within easy driving distance. The road up into the mountains towards Ronda is very enjoyable, and you are greeted by the delights of a lovely mountain top town, with the El Tajo gorge separating the “new” (15th century!) town from the older Moorish town, offering stunning views. There are many other historic and scenic towns and villages within driving distance.

The stretch of Andalusia between Gibraltar and Málaga is a veritable paradise for golfers, with around 50 golf courses within easy reach. You'll appreciate the variety of courses, each of them set in a delightful landscape. Within an easy drive of Menara Beach you'll find Valderrama Golf Club, with a par of 71, the venue chosen for the 1997 Ryder Cup. The Us magazine Golf World described this course as 'europe's finest'. Just a few kilometres from Menara Beach you will also find La Dama de Noche, Europe's first floodlit course, enabling you to play 24 hours a day.

Puerto Banus port, less than 10 minutes’ drive away, is a great place to eat and shop, or just to admire the massive super-yachts and the parade of exotic cars. Marbella has a wide variety of shops and restaurants, and a lovely sea front promenade. Nearby, Estepona offers wonderful beaches, an old-Spain village centre and attractive shops and restaurants.
