In the oasis of peace, in the village of Donji Zagon, near Novi Vinodolski, is located this beautiful holiday house with swimming pool. It consists of two residential units with separate entrances. In one residential building there is a living room with mini kitchen and open sleeping area as well as a gallery with additional sleeping area and the minimum ceiling height of about 40 cm. In the second living area on the other side of the house there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an additional toilet, a living room and a kitchen, whereby the living room, the additional toilet, the kitchen and the bedroom number 2 have separate entrances. The stone walls give the building during warm summer days pleasant temperatures. The large with Mediterranean plants equipped plot is shared with the owner, who has a private entrance to the garden. Only a few minutes drive separate you from the sea and the beaches of Novi Vinodolski. Nature lovers have the opportunity to explore the beautiful countryside on bike and hiking trails.
