The entire pool area is equipped with a screen against mosquitos.
This beautiful pool home has a living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms with queen size beds and two bathrooms. A bathroom with walk in shower, the guest bathroom with bath tub and shower.
Bed linen, towels and washer and dryer are also available.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired.
For your entertainment, there is 1 Flatscreen Tv with broadband cable, Dvd player, Wifi internet.
For families with children we can offer a high chair, car seats, and toys for the beach for free.
For golfers: The Copperhead Golf Club is 10 minutes away.
Shops, Supermarkets, Banks and Entertainment are minutes away.
Beach chairs, coolers and fishing rods are also available.

Check-in time is 4 pm - 12 am (midnight) and check out by 10am
One day after your arrival, will be a Check In at the Property.
Energy Cost: Us $ 3.50 / Day are inclusive, If it is more, you will be charged with Us $ 0.15 / kWh / as the Reading meter shows
Smoking is allowed outside the house.
Pets: One Pet up to 10 pounds are allowed.
If you bring a Pet, there is a Us $pet Fee, per stay,
and will be charged during Check In
It is not allowed to take house dishes or silverware to the beach.
If the Bbq Grill was used, it has to be clean during the Check Out day, if not, you will be charged with a Us $bbq Grill Cleaning Fee.
