Residence cum home-stay accommodation, is located on a small hillock about 2.5 kms away from the centre of Madikeri town. It has the advantage of being far from the hub of activity and at the same time near enough to access the facilities of the town. The driveway to the house and the garden, with sculptures dotted around the house are a welcome sight; making the house look beautiful and unique in character.

The first floor of the house is meant for home-stay and the hosts live in the ground floor. The tastefully decorated interior with a lot of artifacts has a personal touch that makes the guest feel special.
The view of the town and the surrounding hills from the portico on the first floor is breathtaking. In the early hours, watching the sunrise in the calmness and serenity and sipping a hot cup of coffee is a relaxing experience.
The house has three bed rooms, each leading from the family cum dining room. All the three bed rooms have television sets and attached baths with western closet.
The living room has bay windows and you can have the view of the town and the hills without stepping out of the house. During the monsoon it is exhilarating and enthralling to watch Madikeri rains, sitting in the comforts of the living room

There is a functional kitchen. A stove, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery and a few utensils are provided. The kitchen is stocked with tea powder, coffee powder and sugar for you to enjoy a hot cup whenever you feel like.
The three bed rooms are called Blue room, Pink room and Brown room according to the colour schemes and décor.
There is another single room with a cot which can be used by the extra person. Additional mattress will be provided on request for extra people.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
