Your eyes will be drawn to the glass ‘wall’ which offers those stunning views, but when the interior comes into focus you will certainly not be disappointed. It houses a lounge, fully fitted kitchen and wonderful dining suite. While enjoying your meals the views will dominate. This is also where the 1st master bedroom suite is. It is comfort personified. As well as a king size double bed, wonderful furnishings and decoration you will have an indoor bathroom area as well as a secluded outdoor bathing space that offers a rain shower and wonderfully relaxing bathtub. When you step out onto the spacious terrace there is a second dining area with the same views, this is one of the more subtle design features; inside or out you are afforded stunning views. The only difference is that instead of air-conditioning when inside, you will feel the ocean breeze gently billowing around you as you dine outdoors. Beyond the terrace is your private infinity swimming pool. At 18 metres long and offering 180 degree ocean views try getting guests out quickly! The only pressing reason will be that they need to stretch out on the poolside loungers or to head for some shade. Exploring the villa further will take you down a staircase to the 2nd floor. There is a huge entertainment room with an impressive home theatre system. Whether it is movies, international TV programmes or music you can choose to laze on the scattered floor cushions or the large and comfortable sofa. In one corner of this floor you have a double en-suite bedroom with small terrace that overlooks the tropical landscaped gardens. Peace and tranquility is yours. One more staircase takes you to the 1st floor which is at garden level. Your 3 remaining bedrooms are here and all have their own private garden terraces. Simply perfect for those times when you need your own space. One of these bedrooms is the 2nd master suite and as well as a king size bed again you have the option of bathing indoors or out. There is a wonderful glassed outdoor rain shower area that is at one with your natural surroundings. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One of them has a double bed and the other two singles. Perfect for a family group. Choeng Mon Beach and The Fisherman’s Village at Bophut Your villa is just a five minute drive to the beautiful, upscale Choeng Mon Beach with its sugar-coloured sand and warm, inviting ocean waters. For a night out it will take you just 10 minutes to reach Bophut and the totally relaxed Fisherman’s Village, Here you will eat, drink and relax in a lovely atmosphere. Don’t forget; there is a street market every Friday evening and your whole party should thoroughly enjoy this.
bathroom : 3 of the bathrooms are en-suite with your 1st and 2nd master bathrooms offering outdoor and indoor bathing areas. These secluded and private spaces both have rain-showers and the 1st master also houses an outdoor bathtub. The corner bedroom on your middle floor comes with its own en-suite bathroom and is furnished and decorated to a wonderful standard. On the 1st level there is one comfortable bathroom which is shared between the 4th and 5th bedrooms. You also have a guest/communal bathroom in the living area.

Security deposit: A refundable security deposit depending on the Villa will range between THB 5,000-50,000 which will be required in cash on arrival please and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur!
