This well equipped and maintained property boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 3 of which are ensuite. On the ground floor you will find bedrooms one and two, one of which is ensuite. Also located on the ground floor is a seperate bathroom with shower over bath.
A large spacious living dining area, which accommodates up to 8 people and a kitchen that is fully equipped for all your holiday needs. The lounge area has 2 setees that can seat up to 6 people. The villa has free wi-fi and a television in the lounge should you have any spare time to watch it! Leading from the lounge area are balcony/patio doors that take you out to the front patio where you can sit and enjoy breakfast whilst taking in the fabulous weather. There is also a seating area to the rear of the property which you can either access from the kitchen back door or the side of the property. With air conditioning through out, the property really is a breath of fresh air. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and included in the weekly rental price is 90kwhs of electricity if this is exceeded a charge of 0.30 cents per additional kwh used will be collected before departure.
The remaining 2 bedrooms upstairs are of a very geneorous size with entry on to the veranda with sea views and looks out over the peaceful surroundings. You will also a find an additional seating area on the first floor to the rear of the property which also overlooks the picturesque communal pool and landscaped gardens, with a seating area for the morning sun.
There is ample wardrobe space in all bedrooms, with hairdyriers supplied and upstairs you will find a washing machine, so no need to take your laundry home with you!
The outside furniture is comfortable and inviting so you can relax or enjoy an al fresco evening meal in comfort. Make the most of the balmy evenings by having a BBQ, a charcoal one has been provided for you.
Villa Alexandra overlooks the inviting large communal swimming pool which is set in landscaped gardens, the perfect place to cool down after a busy day sun-bathing, or relax and take in the scenery. The pool has roman steps to enter by, so perfect for smaller children or less able guests. Around the pool are shower/changing rooms and toilets. (Only 9 villas have access to this pool so you should not find it over-crowded).
The entrance to this complex is a gated area so you do have privacy and added security.
In addition you have a gated driveway and the garden is fully fenced so if you have a car whilst here on hoiday you can relax in the knowledge that everything is secure and small children cannot access the pool area easily.
This villa is in an ideal location and just a few minutes from Potamos and a 5-6 minute drive to Ayia Napa where there are lots of activities for all the family. WaterWorld water park is a must! Perfect for family day outings.
You can walk to the seafront in under 2 minutes, beautiful blue sea and great for snorkelling. The closest sandy beach is Sirens Beach which is a 3-4 minute drive (local buses pass the complex every 10-15 minutes). Or Ayia Thekla beach less than 5 minutes drive.

Ayia Thekla is a beautiful peaceful resort which offers an idyllic and tranquil location with amazing sea views. The golden sandy beaches of Landa and Makronisoss are within easy reach and the famous Nissi Beach is approximately 5 minutes drive from Villa Ionion..
Local attractions include a small market which is open once a week during the summer period (Wednesdays). Alternatively, visit the ancient shrine of Ayia Thekla, a rock - hewn chamber in the coastal cliffs beneath the church which is dedicated to the 1st century saint. Why not try Water World at Ayia Napa for a fun filled day of thrills and slides, or cruise around on the lazy river.
Ayia Napa is just a short drive away and boasts an extensive range of bars, restaurants, shops and fun fairs. A local bus runs daily into the centre. Further along the coast line is Protaras and the beautiful Fig Tree Bay. Protaras is one of Cyrpus's premier holiday resorts and offers a variety bars, restaurants and leisure facilities to please all manor of holiday makers. Many of the beaches on this Eastern coast have been accredited the Blue Flag Status. Ayia Napa has plenty of activities and sightseeing opportunities for every manor of person. Your holiday can be as quiet or as busy as you wish.
Nissi Beach is the most popular beach in the Ayia Napa area and probably the most well known on the island of Cyprus. It is made up of 2 connecting beaches, one long and lively, the other smaller and quieter. The beaches have golden sands and the waters are clean and clear, and have been awarded the Blue Flag Status. It is possible to walk out for up to a hundred meters without the water passing your waist and there are many sand bars in the shallows. A variety of watersports can be enjoyed including pedalloes, parasailing and inflatables.
Nissi Beach can be reached via the coastal path which runs from the harbor, or by road along Nissi avenue. The Eastern end of the beach is fairly quiet and relaxing. In contrast the central area is home to the Nissi Bay Beach Bar which draws crowds with it's daily programme of amusements including top named DJ's, foam parties, beach parties and other events.
Nissi Avenue offers around 2 km of shops, bars and restaurants or why not take a look at the busy fishing harbor. This is also where the many coastal daily boat trips depart from 7 days a week.
