This 3 Bedroom Villa is 10 minutes’ walk from the famous Calangute Beach. The property comes fully furnished and is ready for immediate occupation, ideal for a family, group of friends or someone who wants to spoil themselves with ample space. The villa has a swimming pool, kids pool and pergola.

There are 3 AC bedrooms and we can organize 3 extra mattresses so maximum occupancy is for 9 people.

Three Bedrooms - All bedrooms within the property are serviced by an air conditioning unit and the temperature can be individually controlled in each room. The green master bedroom has a double bed whereas the other bedrooms have twin beds (which can come together as a double). All bedrooms are furnished with a ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe, mirror, bedside table. One bedroom is located on the ground floor so is ideal for people with particular mobility requirements. The other two bedrooms are located on the first floor. All windows to the villa have meshed insect blinds.

Two Bathrooms - each contain hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The yellow and pink bedroom has a common bathroom.

Kitchen - offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas stove with oven, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Cooking - The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks or delivered by a restaurant for an additional cost. If you wish to opt for a cook, this should be confirmed at the time of the booking. We have limited cooks and it will be difficult to provide the service last minute. Your cook will only be booked once fully payment is made towards this service.

AC Living Room - on the ground floor opens out onto a covered terrace leading into the garden and there is also seating in the front porch. The living room has an L shaped sofa and a coffee table. LCD Television with Tata Sky and board games are also provided.

Dining Room - the villa has a separate dining area with comfortable seating for 6 people.

Garden- the whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The charming garden is very pretty and well-tended and stocked with fruit trees. The large lawn area provides lots of space to run around or just sit back and relax on the sun beds. The separate patio area is ideal for a BBQ. The hammocks in the garden will allow you to let go and unwind.

Shared Swimming Pool between this and another villa in the same compound - If the rigors of the beach prove too much, your own shared swimming pool, with kid's pool and sun loungers and are on hand. The 9m by 4m swimming pool consists of a 4m by 2m kid's pool and is managed weekly by French company (Desjoyaux Pools Pvt Ltd). The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 10 minute walk to the sea and beach!

Parking – is gated and provided within the grounds of the villa.

3. Car Rental - Airport Pickup/ Daily Rental can be organized by us with a third party after your booking is confirmed. You will have to pay the rental company directly and not us.

Panaji: The capital of Goa and headquarters of North Goa District, a small and charming city on the left bank of silvery Mandovi River, with beautiful red-roofed
houses, built in Latin style, also boasts of many modern houses, well laid gardens, statues and avenues lined with Glmohar, Acassia and other trees. Enchanting panorama unfolds from atop Altinho (Hill Top).

Mapusa: 13km. The capital of Bardez Taluka, on the National Highway 17, is at the cross roads of the network of highways covering whole of North Goa. Weekly fair on Friday is held at the modern streamline market, attended by large crowds.

Pilar: 11 Km. Important religious and educational center of Christian Missionaries. The Church, Seminary and School atop hillock command a magnificent panorama of the countryside around and a fine view of Mormugao Harbour & Zuari River.

Margao: 33 Km. The capital of South Goa District in the hinterland of Southern Goa in Salcate Taluka is a thriving commercial metropolis linked by rail to the rest of India & Mormugao Harbour and by National Highways, with Maharashtra and Karnataka. It has imposing old mansions and modern buildings.

Vasco-Da-Gama: 30 Km. A modern, well laid out city close to Mormugao Harbor, has beautiful and extensive avenues. The air terminus of Goa at Dabolim lies on the outskirts of the city. It is also the railway terminus for passenger service on the South Central Railway.

Mormugao Harbour: 34 km. (4 km. From Vasco-Da-Gama) is one of the finest natural anchorages on the West Coast of India and the hub of intense maritime activity.

Chandor (Chandar): 9 km. East of Margao the Menezes Braganza House, mostly late 18th Century and previously owned by Lemon nationalist and Journalist Luis De Menezes Braganza has a series of magnificent rooms especially the great salon with its fine furniture and the largest private library in Goa.

Beaches:-

Arambol Beach: (50 Km) A unique beach in North Goa, is both rocky and sandy beach and much sought after. It has a sweet water pond right on the store.

Vagator: (22 km) It is popular beach dominated by Chapora Fort to the North, on its imposing headland. To the South of Vagator is Calangute beach.

Anjuna: (18 km). A popular beach area adjacent to Chapora Fort. In Anjuna there is magnificent Albuquerque mansion built in 1920, flanked by octagonal towers and attractive Mangalore tiled-roof.

Calangute: (16 km) is the most popular holiday resort in Goa. Excellent accommodation facilities are available, particularly at the tourist resort and cottages.

Miramar: (Gaspar Dias), 3 Km. A lovely golden beach of soft sand girdled with palm trees facing the blue Arabian Sea, is the nearest to Panaji.

Dona Paula: 7 km. An idyllic picturesque spot. Command a fine view of the Zuari River and Mormugao Harbour. Water scooter facilities are available here.

Colva Beach: About 6 km. from Margao. Colva beach is the pride of Salcete and the only rival to Calangute by its scenic splendor. Here, sand, sea and sky blend in enchanting natural harmony unspoilt by men. Has good accommodation facilities particularly at the tourist cottages.

Agonda: (About 37 km. from Margao). A small picturesque and secluded beach much sought after for its serenity.

Palolem: About 37 km. from Margao. Just west of Chaudi in the Southern Taluka of Canacona is one of the most enchanting beaches in Goa relatively deserted, with backdrop of Western Ghats.

Aguada Fort: 18 km. Built by the Portuguese in 1609-1612, to command the entry into the river Mandovi, in order to protect Old Goa from potential enemy attacks. A spring within the fort provided water supply to the ships that called there. The fort houses presently the central jail. A lighthouse is situated nearby, the visiting hours for it being 16.00 to 17.00 hrs.

Arvalem Caves: The celebrated caves of Arvalem, belonging to a remote era, are in a westerly direction not far away from the temple of Rudreshwar and are of archaeological interest. A mythical background is attached to these caves. Some are of the opinion that these caves have been carved by the traveling Buddhist monks. An inscription is noticed on a Shivalinga with a circular top in cave No.2 Its is in Sanskrit and in Brahmi characters of the 7th century A.D. It reads as Sambalura-vasi Ravih.

Arvalem Waterfalls: Leaving the temple of Rudreshwar, one can descend the staircase to look at a majestic waterfall shedding its exuberant silvery showers. The beautiful fall, with a head of about 70ft., forms a sizable lake at the bottom which offers a temptation to seasoned swimmers. The fall is best seen when in full flux, just after the copious monsoon, when it presents a raptures, ravishing and riotous aspect.

Dudhsagar Waterfalls: 60 kms. (10 km from Colem Railway Station) is accessible by train only. Water plummets hundreds of feet in large volume, in cascades, forming one of the most spectacular of all natural phenomena in Goa and a life line of our ecosystem in one of our Sanctuaries. A popular destination to hikers and trekkers.

It is also accessible by jeep-able(4 wheel drive) route (14 km) through the Bhagvan Mahavir Sanctuary. However, one needs to obtain permission in advance from the Department of Forests at Junta House, Panaji.

Kesarval Spring: (22 km) The spring emerges from hard and compact rocks and people bathe in its water with strong belief that it has medicinal properties.

Mayem Lake: 35 km surrounded amidst rolling green hills is an ideal picnic spot. Good accommodation facilities are available in Cottages. Boating is available on the lake.

Ancestral Goa: (Big Foot) A center for Art, Culture & Environment. Located at Loutolim, 9 kms from Margao, it is an aesthetically developed open air site designed to illustrate Goa’s traditional past. Set in Eco-friendly surroundings, this mock-up village traces 100 years of Goa’s lifestyles and heritage along with a depiction of daily village activity and folk culture.

Another major attraction here is ‘Natural Harmony’- the longest laterite monolithic sculpture in India measuring 14 x 5 meters which makes this a must see place for every visitor Sculpted in grecoroman style, in a record time, this horizontally etched, Sant Mirabai playing the ektara found its way into the Limca Book of Records.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
