Villa Siren is a brand new property, designed with comfort in mind. Each detail has been carefully studied to offer a superior holiday experience. On the ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living and dining area, as well as a spacious double bedroom. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where a further double bedroom (with en-suite shower room) as well as a family bathroom with bathtub are located. The third bedroom is actually a self-contained suite with its own independent access, en-suite shower room, kitchenette and access to an amazing outdoor breakfast area that all the guests can of course enjoy together. The property is air-conditioned (included in the rental price).
The large private pool, set at the front of the house, is equipped with high quality sunbeds and offers unobstructed views to the sea and to the island of Spinalonga.
