This nearly new house built in 2012 consists of two floors with three bedrooms. The ground floor has a large bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with relaxing bath and a large walk-in shower with rain shower and massage shower and a toilet. Downstairs you will find the large, high living room and a separate beautiful bright kitchen with all appliances with dining area. Upstairs is a spacious bedroom with a double queensize bed and the third bedroom with two twin beds. On the mezzanine is a professional football table. From the terrace you enter through the double doors the lovely large pool. The house has central heating, underfloor heating, air-conditioning, a cozy fireplace and a large flat screen with all international channels.
The site houses many fruit and nut trees, sauna, an outdoor shower, a playground with swings and a trampoline and around the pool is a large terrace. The pool is available and heated from mid April to late September. Inside and outside there is everywhere (free wi-fi) Internet. The Finnish outdoor sauna will be available the whole season. The jacuzzi on the pool terrace is not available in july & august.
The swimming pool has a depth of 1.25 to 1.80 m
and is therefore dangerous for children who cannot swim (properly). Give them armbands and always keep an eye on them when they are outside!
There is on site another holiday home that is also available for rental and can accommodate up to 5-6 people. In addition we have beautifully situated Chalet that is for hire too. This comfortable chalet sleeps up to 3-4 people.
If both houses are rented, then the large garden and swimming pool are for common use. If you are with a larger group, you can of course also rent several houses (if available). The houses are at enough distance from each other and they each have their own terrace and a large piece of garden at their disposal! The total area of our plot is no less than 4200 m2.
