is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find
everything Protaras has to offer, bars, restaurants, children
playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in
Cyprus.
Protras Villa Golden Dream is a new and modern spacious house that
features all modern facilities and equipment. The villa is built on one
floor and features an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living room
area with modern furniture and large screen TV, the master bedroom with
a large double bed and en-suite shower, a second bedroom with a double
bed, a third bedroom with two single beds. In total the villa
comfortably sleep 6 persons in beds and has the option of an additional
person on an extra bed or baby cot.
The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Villa
Golden Dream has the best to offer. The large 4x8 meter swimming pool
is surrounded by mature trees, flowers & fencing that provides privacy.
There are plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs and a modern gas
BBQ.

Protaras Holiday Villa Golden Dream is a short walking distance to the
Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops,
supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best
beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.
Within 10-minutes walk there can be found many beautiful beaches
including Sunrise Beach and a bit further down the famous Fig Tree Bay
with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing,
pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any
water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good
local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving
night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The
biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia
Napa which is only 10km away.

than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity
consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
