Protaras Holiday Sunnyside Villa is a new and spacious villa just 2
minute's walk to Armyropigado Beach, a quite tranquil beach with
crystal clear blue waters..
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and
kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished
luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a
comfortable sofa bed, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV
and a fully equipped kitchen complete with all electrical appliances.
The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed and a
balcony, a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two large
single beds as well as the family bathroom. All bedrooms offer
air-conditioning.
Sunnyside Villa offers a large, private pool and a spacious outside
patio area fully equipped with a comfortable dinning table, BBQ set and
esunbeds as well as private parking.

Neighborhood
Sunnyside Villa is located in a quiet area of Kapparis, just 2 minutes'
walk to the picturesque Armyropigado Beach and 5 minutes'walk to
Fireman's Beach. Within a 500 metre radius you will find a doctor,
restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beach
and much more. Note that unlike Central Protaras and Pernera the
Kapparis area stays open all year round making the area the most
desirable part of Protaras in the off-season months.
Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is quickly
becoming as popular as central Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the
nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even
better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!
The nearest beaches are Armyropigado and Fireman's Beach with white
sand beach and crystal clear blue watersn and a bit further down Malama
Beach. Pernera is about 5 minutes'drive and Central Protaras about 10
minutes's drive. There can be found many beautiful beaches in the area
that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos,
diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras-Pernera also offers a
plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving
night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from
the villa.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of
all ages. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just
outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Within 5 minutes’ drive
you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or
the child friendly Kalamies Beach.
There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras
Centre with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very
accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some
stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for
breakfast/coffee on one’s morning walk, or for sun-downers/dinner in
the evening. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just
a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.
