Situated along an idyllic hillside at an altitude of 5,500 feet at Kasauli, we offer two extremely exclusive cottages overlooking dense Pine forests. Witness the panoramic views of the Siwalik valleys giving way to the North Indian plains of Chandigarh, Nalagarh and Punjab.
Spectacular sunsets lend their glow to the snow-capped Himalayan Range every evening and as the skies dim, the sparkling lights of Chandigarh come alive. These views, stretching into oblivion can be enjoyed at leisure from the many sit-outs, verandahs, balconies and spiral stair-cases that dot the property. As the wilderness rejuvenates you, the stillness of the surroundings is broken only by the winds rustling through tall pines.
ACCOMMODATION
Double room suite located on the ground floor which accommodates 2 adults and 1 child below the age of 10. This room has a small indoor sitting area and is fitted with a TV and Tata sky. It also has an outside private sit-out.
2 Bedroom Cottage: This comes equipped with 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, living/ dining room, private terrace and balconies and accommodates 4 adults and 2 children below the age of 10.
We have 2 of the 2 bedroom cottage and 2 of the double room suites on our property.
Only Room 1 which is a double room on the ground floor can accommodate an extra bed within the room. Both the 2 room cottages can accommodate 2 extra beds each in their living room areas but not within the rooms.
There is a pantry in both the cottages which has a fridge each. There are kettles to make tea/ coffee complimentary in all the rooms. There is a central kitchen and we have a cook and menu on the premises. All cooking happens in the central kitchen and food is served in the rooms of the suites or in the dining areas of the 2 bedroom cottages.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Loud Music not allowed. Pets not allowed. Since we are located in a very peaceful and serene area, loud music and loud noise is not permitted after 10.30pm
