Our heritage house was built in the early 1900?s and is home to members of the Kodoth family. This home has lovingly been converted into a pioneer eco-friendly heritage homestay in the Kasargod district of Kerala. It is a tropical home nestled between dense areca nut plantation and a 5 minute drive from the banks of the magnificent ChandragiriRiver. Step in and be mesmerized by the charm with its traditional swimming pool ( Kolam) , gnarled old trees and aura of peace and tranquility of a bygone era. Built with age old vedic architectural methods (vastu shastara), this heritage homestay blends in beautifully with this tropical surroundings.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
