Can Poeta is a very quiet property in the countryside with generous views of the sea next to the town of San Carlos, and in turn next to beaches of fine sand, such as Figueral, Lenya cove, Aiguas Blancas. Cala Mastela, Cala San VicenteThis is a country area away from the hustle and bustle generated by urban centers, but without giving up the different leisure offers that are given in Ibiza, as there are good communications.
Can Poeta is a finca ofm2 completely fenced, has a large woodland, salt pans, olive trees and centenarian carobs having all the necessary services, water electricity, sanitation ..., Every summer the land is plowed to eliminate the bad hyenas, looking for an aspect of the cleaning farm as well as a visual aesthetic.

The house was built among ancient olive trees in the year 2000, is composed of 2 volumes joined by a large porch. On the main level, on the ground floor are located the common areas, kitchen, laundry, dining room, living room and first floor is in master bedroom, a double bedroom with a large bathroom, as well as a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. In the secondary volume, called pavilion, there are two double bedrooms each with a special fourth bathroom and a study of 30 m2.
Surrounding the house there are large terraces with a neat lighting to enjoy in the nights of the summer months.
The house has a northeast orientation, very suitable for the summer months, with a natural cross ventilation, not requiring the use of air conditioning or in the hottest months, however the rooms have ceiling fans.
The pool area is very sunny and related to the house, surrounded by trees. A pergola with a sifted shade has been arranged, the pool has a water sheet of 48 m2 (4 x 12).
The access to the property is located 1 km from San Carlos by the es Figueral road, small population with all kinds of services (pharmacy, Medical, Supermarket, shops ...) as well as restaurants like 'can Anita', emblematic place of the Island, with some animation. Every Saturday the hippie market of the Dahlias takes place.
Santa Eularia del Rio, 6 km is a larger population, where the service is greater and Ibiza is 18 km.
Next to the house in a radius of 4 km there are numerous beaches with excellent baths, such as Es Figueral, White Waters, Cala Nova, Cala ...
The offer of activities is varied, the own of the sea, especially the baths as well as sailing, fishing, diving (Santa Eulalia), kayak ....., bicycle, walks.
In the area there is a wide range of restaurants and beach bars
