If you like the can-do spirit behind doing it yourself, you're gonna love this place. It's a studio, and it's small - but as they say, good things/small packages.
It's located just east of the campus of world-renown McGill University and minutes away from the Old Port. Exploring Montreal from here is an absolute dream. And being at the foot of the mountain sure doesn't hurt either!
The Space:
The space is unique in that it's the only 250 square foot studio in the world where you have plenty of open floor space. Attention to design and a detailed approach make that possible.
Also unique: the kitchen, we built that. The bed, we built that. The pipe shelf, we built that. And the tile in bathroom, we painted that - but the jury is still out on whether that was a good idea. Regardless, the place sure does look sharp!
Guest Access:
The whole space is yours. Size wise, that's not saying a lot, but we think you'll agree once you're here, that good things come in small packages.
Interaction with Guests:
We'll do our best to greet you upon arrival and show you around - but, if the logistics don't allow for that we'll send out some simple self check-in instructions that will get you all set up! After that you'll be left to your own devices.
And speaking of devices, ours are always in our pockets. So if there is ANYTHING - day or night - we're available. Feel very free to reach out if there's need.
The Neighborhood:
Being in such a central location is magnificent. You're at the foot of the mountain, but you're only a couple minutes from Sainte Catherine street. Mile End and our famous bagels are due north and world famous St Laurent is a few minutes east. No matter your fancy, it'll be well tickled from this space.
Getting Around:
Metro place des arts is a couple minutes walk away. The 80 to Mile End is steps away and the 24 - which runs east/west on Sherbrooke is closer still. Basically you're well taken care of.
Other Things to Note:
A LOT of work went into this place. That, combined with its size, makes it a little bit our baby. The cool thing for you is that you know that with the amount of care that went into it, nothing has been overlooked. So you're gonna guarantee yourself a great experience.

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
