Our small apartment sleeps max. 3 people in the bedroom, 2 in a queen-size-bed and 1 on the comfortable sleeper couch (surcharge if used as third bed). There is a 32" Flat-tv with MultiChoise Dstv in the bedroom, a big wardrobe, and a desk. The en-suite bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, and basin.

Kitchenette with hot plates (induction), microwave oven, medium-sized fridge, coffee machine, cattle, inside open-fire place/barbecue and a dining table for three. Professional chef next door available on appointment.

This cozy holiday home has got its own private entrance to the building and is totally separated from the main house. Facing the swimming pool and the garden from "open Lounge" (long aluminum folding door). Sun loungers available at the pool site. Serviced twice a week. Alarm system with motion sensors. Secure off-street parking.

Lots of excellent restaurants are nearby and the famous Constantia Wine Route with eleven first class wine estates starts just around the corner of our Top Nosh Cottage!

Constantia Valley is the birthplace of the wine farming industry in South Africa. The first Governor of the Cape, Simon van der Stel, chose this situation for his farm, Groot Constantia. Four of the only five bigger farms which remain in the Constantia Valley today, were part of that original portion of prime land which was granted to him.

World class wines are being produced along the Constantia Wine Route and accoladed for it's escalating quality. Visitors can taste the fine wines and experience a unique journey through each of the nine farms, which also hold top-class South African Restaurants, namely; Bistro 1682 at Steenberg Wine Estate, La Colombe at Silvermist Estate, Buitenverwachting Restaurant and Chef’s Warehouse at Beau Constantia Wine Estate.

Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Buitenverwachting, Constantia Uitsig, and Steenberg farms are all within a few minutes drive of each other, and all offer wine tasting and purchasing, In Upper Constantia on the road to Hout Bay are the upcoming wine producers of the region located, the smaller but more exclusive wine cellars of Beau Constance, High Constantia, Constantia Glen, Eagles Nest, and Silvermist. Lovers of fine wine will enjoy spending a day on this wine route.
