This beautiful and spacious family apartment is surrounded by olive trees on the outskirts of Vodnjan. The peace and quiet that await you here are ideal for a relaxed holiday. The apartment is ideally suited to a family with children, as it offers plenty of space and a big garden.

The accommodation is on the ground floor and has a large, open living and dining room with an open kitchen. From the dining room, a large hallway leads to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Right by the entrance to the apartment there is also a fitness room. The large bedroom has a double bed and its own bathroom. A cot can be added if required. This room has a Tv with satellite channels. One of the front bedrooms has two single beds.The next bedroom hasa doble beds. All the bedrooms provide sufficient cupboard space for your things. The double beds measure 180 x 200cm,and second double bed mesaure 160*200 and the single beds 90 x 200cm. The main bathroom is modern and light and provides a bath, shower and washing machine. It is near the bedrooms. The kitchen provides all the necessary modern appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a larder. The dining room has a large, round, wooden table with six chairs and the kitchen table has two chairs. The living room is equipped with a flatscreen Tv with satellite reception, a Dvd player, a Cd player, a well-stocked library, games (Nintendo Wii) and games for children. The fitness room has a home trainer, treadmill, fitness equipment with weights and a step machine. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. There is air conditioning in the kitchen, the living room and the fitness room, but the cool air also reaches the bedrooms.

The roofed terrace of around 35m² has a brick-built barbecue, a large round table with six chairs. The terrace is equipped to provide the possibility of dining in the fresh air. Morning drinking coffee with the sound of crickets and the bird will be the right tune for the ears. The house is surrounded by greenery. The house is surrounded by about 2500m² of land with 500 olive trees and provides the perfect place to relax. The house has enough parking space for at least four cars. ( two cars has covered parking).The extensive site is fenced.

Near the house, about 100 metres away, there is the restaurant belonging to the owner’s parents, where you can try the best ham, olive oil and wine in Istria. Breakfast can be arranged on request.

The nearest beaches are Peroj and Fažana, both less than three minutes (4km) away by car. Pula airport is a fifteen-minute drive away. The nearest shop ismetres away, as are a petrol station and a café. Active holiday-makers can hire bicycles nearby. The location of the house is convenient for exploring the whole of Istria, with Pula 10km away and Rovinj 20km.
Pula Airport is 15 km away.

The house is situated in the suburbs of Vodnjan. Vodnjan is a small charming town with many medieval houses and narrow winding streets full of shops and cafes, and outdoor life. You can sip cool beers and crisp dry white malvasia local wine or browse in the town market. The focal point of the town is the Baroque church of St Blaise, well worth a visit as it contains great old master Italian paintings, antique items and relics. If you are in Vodnjan in August, you will be entertained by the traditional summer festival with all kinds of food stalls to sample from, local arts and crafts and music performances in town squares. 0,5 km away by car there is a local Supermarket and Bar. The center of Vodnjan is reachable by foot(10 min.). 5 min away by car is Fažana, 7 min Peroj, 15min. Barbariga with their beautiful beaches. From Fažana, you can catch a 10 min boat ride Fazana to the beautiful Brijuni islands national park with animals running freely all arThere's also a highly acclaimed open air theatre 'ulysses' on the Brijuni islands. Medulin is jut 25 min away along with Premantura and the wonderful Rt.Kamenjak.ound you and a 18 hole Golf course. Our istrian 'capital of culture' ( Pula ) is just 12 min away by car. Here there's is a lot to see and experience. International stars have concerts in the Roman arena trough out the summer - like Seal, Leonard Cohen, Zucchero and many more. Also every year the Pula film festival attracts people from all over the world. There is the Pula airport just 15km away. The nearest bus stop is 15 min away by foot. We would recommend guests have a car. To reach us, the easiest way is to take the "y" highway and get down at Vodnjan "nord" Then just follow the road until you get to the Fažana crossing. After that just look for a sign that says "sancija Buršić-pršutarna" and you should find us. Nearby are all the facilities like shops, restaurants, tourist services, post office, and pharmacy. Vodnjan (coordinates 127 meters above sea level) is a small city in southeast Istra, distant 10 km from Pula and Pula-airport. Famous for its olive oil and wine, the city has maintained its medieval appearance counting numerous churches. In the St. Blaze church you can see several important artistic and cultural works and a precious collection of religious art. It is close to the sea facing the Brioni National Park, about 5.5 km from beautiful beaches both, natural fully unspoiled or well-equipped . We wish you a pleasant stay.
