A super confortable condo with hotel style amenities and services which makes staying here is quite an experience. "The Gallery" is a live changing mural where you will see the latest trends of Mexican artists. Located in the Condesa, 2 blocks from Mazatlan and hundreds of bars and restaurants that make this neighborhood the coolest in Mexico City. Hot breakfast included! The maid took out the trash daily for you.
The Space:
The condos are cozy and practical as they have a kitchenette with everything you need to prepare what you like most, big a sofa bed for your guests, cable TV, Netflix, high speed internet and everything you might need to have a very comfortable stay in the Condesa. In addition to all this, the entire building is a gallery dedicated to Mexican modern art, all the paintings are for sale and there is changing art and murals throughout the building.
Guest Access:
The building has a Gym, a roof garden with barbecue, a very confortable common TV room, common kitchen (you also have a kitchenette in the condo), multiple places to enjoy a coffee or a meal. High speed internet and cable TV in all rooms. Clothes washing service by request.
Interaction with Guests:
I will not always be present, but there is always someone in the building who can support what the guests need. I can also help with what you need by phone or message during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The Neighborhood:
"La Condesa" in Mexico City is the most desirable neighborhood and it is not for nothing. There´s bicycles to rent everywhere, either eco bikes, free bike, etc. There´s also the best bars and restaurants in the City. It is a very central neighborhood where you can go to any tour in the city. It is a place completely suitable to walk on foot and to enjoy watching people go by.
Getting Around:
The building is extremely central within the city. TheCircuito Interior is a few meters away where you can take public transportation and the street of Mazatlan two blocks away where you can rent or borrow bicycles. It is a very appropriate place to walk on foot. If you have to travel longer distance you can take the metro in Juanactlán station which is less than a block away or take a UBER.
Other Things to Note:
What we are most proud of are our beds, they are "pillowtop" of the highest quality and SUPER comfortable. In addition the sofa beds are BIG, very practical and very comfortable for 2 people. The building has a roof garden with barbecue (If you want to use it, please notify and make a reservation). The common room has a large cable TV to watch sporting events, play video games, premiere movies, etc. We only ask you not to use more than one hour if there are other guests wanting to use it.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
