The apartment has 2 lifts with direct access to a large supermarket on floor -1 with a wide range of products. On the ground floor before the entrance of the apartment you will find one big coffe with cheap meals. In front of the apartment about 2 minutes walking distance you will find an other small supermarket with a great offer of wine, beer and other alcoholic drinks and 2 very modern gyms with fitness, sports classes, arabien dance, sauna, jacuzzi and hamam. The approximate price is € 10 per day and it exists the possiblity for one cheaper multiticket. Next to the residence on the other side of the building there is also a traditional hamam. The apartment is located in the center of Marrakech in front of the famous garden "Majorelle" in the district of Gueliz, ca. 15 minutes walk to the medina. For tennis fans, we have two tennis raquets and balls available in the apartment and you can take a taxi for only 1 euro to the famous Royal Tenis Club Marrakech in Gueliz. The distance is only 5 minutes by taxi and 20 minutes walking. It is necesary to phone in the morning from 10-12 to reserve the tennis court. It is not allowed to bring any guests to the apartment. The residence has a security guard with video camera at the entrance of the building 24 hours. The rules of the residence do not allow the entry of any foreigners who have not registered with their passport with the responsable of the apartment on the day of the arrival. In case of a lot of noise, loud music or parties on the roof terrace and/or the common spaces, we reserve us the right to expulsion.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
