You can park for free on the street outside, so you shouldn’t have far to carry your belongings as you feel that excited anticipation when you arrive for the first time at your new home-from-home. And whether you’re staying here for business or pleasure, there’s plenty about this place to get excited about.

As soon as you enter, you’ll see the hosts have made a real effort to present modern and stylish serviced accommodation, from the new wooden flooring to the freshly painted ceilings.

The interior is beautifully presented with bright and warm yellow feature walls adding real distinction to every room. The lounge is a great example. There’s space to chat and relax in here with twin sofas and a single armchair all offering up great views of the flat screen Tv that’s mounted on the wall above the fireplace. There’s sofa bed sleeping space for two guests in here too.

Next door is the separate dining room, a great space in which to gather for meals, games, or even work and meetings if that’s your reason for visiting Manchester. The table comfortably seats six, and there’s the bonus of another armchair and another wall-mounted flat screen Tv in here. You also get access to the garden, so you can enjoy some private outside space during your stay—if you get time!

The dining room connects with the galley-style kitchen that, like the rest of the house, has really benefited from the recent renovation. It contains quality appliances aplenty, all you need to prepare snacks and meals on those days you decide not to eat out or order a takeaway.

Welcome to this 3 bed house in Eccles, just to the west of the central Manchester. As well as getting a delightful house to call your home, staying here puts you in a good location to easily access many of the Manchester area’s key attractions.

The Trafford Shopping Centre is just a few minutes away, so you can arrange to meet and eat with friends, or give yourself some retail therapy by browsing and buying in the many stores in the centre.

Also close by are the two Old Trafford stadiums that host football and cricket games. If you have tickets to a sporting or corporate event at either, staying at the house makes it easy to reach both venues without any hassles.

You might also have tickets for a gig or other event at Manchester Arena, in which case, staying here is also a good move as it’s not too far away.

And there are great transport links into Manchester city centre, with all its shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions like theatres and entertainment venues to keep you busy.

The house is also ideal if you need access to central Manchester for work purposes, or other areas such as Worsley, Swinton, Boothstown, and Ellenbrook.

With free on-street parking right outside the house, driving here really makes sense. And getting here by car is easy as plenty of major Uk roads all lead to Manchester, including the M60, M6, and M62.

But bringing the car isn’t essential. The Eccles area of Manchester is well-connected to public transport, with buses and trams you can pick up that can take you into Manchester City centre. And you can always order cabs to get you where you need to be.

Manchester also has its own airport which isn’t far from this 3-bed house. There are flights to and from all kinds of European destinations including Ibiza, Lisbon, Malaga, Rome, Barcelona, and Venice. So if you’re flying in from or flying onto any of these destinations, staying here is a good option.

You can also easily reach all kinds of destinations closer to home from Manchester Piccadilly railway station, including London, Sheffield, Liverpool, Blackpool, and Bournemouth.
