It is a home away from home. Its just 2 minutes away from Devka beach. A Luxury Villa with plush lawn about 1 acre and Fully furnished Air conditioned bedrooms with functional kitchen facilities and ample parking places. An ideal place to spend a quality time with Family and Friends.
The villa has a kitchen and travelers can prepare their meals on extra charges. However, there's no cook available. We have our own restaurant which caters for only the guests of our Villa, so you may order whatever you want from the menu.
Our check in time is 11AM and checkout time on weekdays is 10 AM and on Sunday is at 5 PM.

sea. Maximum Temperature is 39 degree centigrade and minimum is 11 degree centigrade. The average annual rainfall is 1687 mm.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Outside Food Not Allowed After Check In if the electricity goes off, there won't be any refund of the cancellation
