Loud Music not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. This house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - not suitable for parties or too much noise. No smoking in any part of the house. No pets allowed. House would need to be left locked and tidy, with dishes done and rubbish in the big bins – our cleaners will take care of the rest. Not available as a wedding venue,No drones allowed at this property,Rubbish bins MUST be put out at the top of the driveway on Thursday night for Friday morning collection
