The space
The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
The ground floor boasts a king sized bedroom. The second bedroom on third level has a choice of a double bed Or can be separated as twin beds - if you wish to sleep separately. The third bedroom, also on third level, has a king sized bed. All bedrooms have large walk-in shower rooms.
The villa is luxuriously furnished and boasts 3,400 sq. ft. of living space over three storeys and is a residential component of the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre's The Grove, which is part of the residential community at Limegrove and is centrally located in Barbados, St James on a private cul-de-sac of 8 private Hillside Villas, surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens, on the island's prestigious west coast.
Our semi-detached Hillside Villa is one of the largest And the only villa with air-conditioning on all floors!

Air conditioned spacious room with ceiling fan. Large built in wardrobes. In-room safe. Features king-sized bed and large private "jack and Jill" shower room, which exits into the first lounge.
Media lounge:
Equipped with flatscreen Tv for entertainment, which includes cable tv (and an optional box for worldwide streaming of live tv/movies). Recliner sofa. Fully slide open the patio doors and enjoy the view of the pool area and manicured gardens. Ceiling fan.
Outdoor area:
Outdoor sofas and 2 recliners for those who love to sunbathe. Refreshing (unheated) private 3' 6" pool with wall fountain! Bbq. Ceiling fan. Small fridge/cooler. Unwind in the private manicured garden, the outdoor ambient lighting looks amazing in the evening!
Second Level
Living room:
The open-plan living room has soft lighting, large sofa, leather single chairs, flatscreen Tv for entertainment, which includes cable tv (and an optional box for worldwide streaming of live tv/movies). Cascading chandelier. Ceiling fan. Desk. Covered terrace with furniture, including Vw Kombi Kooler van! Enjoy the natural cooling airflow once the terrace doors are opened.
Kitchen:
The covered terrace off the kitchen provides an outdoor alfresco dining experience. The fully equipped kitchen includes an ice making/filtered water fridge freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher and more for your convenience.

The entire villa with all amenities is accessible for our guests. All closets are empty but full of hangers (25 each room), you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, china, glasses and cutlery.
As bookings are per-person, unoccupied bedroom(s) are locked. Not a couple? You may choose to occupy separate bedrooms - kindly let us know in advance.
Staff will only allow access to the number of guests on the booking.
Other things to note
1. You are welcome to use the washing facilities - please provide your own detergents.
2. Unoccupied room(s) are locked-off as booking is per-person.
3. We have a No Smoking policy - please be respectful and Do Not Smoke on the premises.
