All on one floor Villa Fontxica is an ideal family choice with good standard of fittings, including local pine furnishings and many of the owner personal touches. The welcoming lounge dining room has satellite Tv, Dvd player, seating area, a six seater pine dining table and a doorway opening to the rear covered terrace which has views to the swimming pool and garden area. The relaxing master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The attractive twin bedrooms share one full bathroom.
Outside, there is a spacious covered veranda that overlooks the swimming pool and the pretty gardens, there is also a further shower where the washing machine is located. A very special feature is the built in barbecue area for a perfect way to finish the evenings.
Stairs are leading up to the rooftop sun terrace where you can enjoy lovely views towards the fields and the Tramuntana mountain range.
