In the district of Playa, our house is located in a lush and well-kept area.
In this area you can find most of the embassies and the modern hotels.

We are renting out 3 apartments.
Casa Feliz Garden House for 2 persons located at the back of the garden, which lies in the shade of large mango and avocado trees.
At the top, Casa Feliz Penthouse also for 2 persons, is a slightly larger apartment with views over all the hotels and towards the sea.
Both apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, stove, fridge/freezer, hot/cold water, air conditioning and large double bed.
This apartment, Casa Feliz Grand Apartment, is the entire ground floor of our property.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 1 with single bed, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, Tv room and a veranda facing the road.
All bedrooms and Tv room have air conditioning, bathroom with hot/cold water and a fully equipped kitchen.
I and my husband live on the 2nd floor.
The entire property has camera surveillance and a night watchman is in place during the night.
Wifi access is also available throughout the property.
Cleaning is done daily and change of bed linen/towels 2 times/week or when required.
Big beach towels are available for lending to pools and beach.
Minibar with bottles of water, soda and beer is available in the fridge.
For those who wish to have breakfast it is served in the garden, other meals can also be ordered.
Massage is available to be booked by a professional nurse, salsa courses are kept in the garden and even treatment of nails and foot care can be booked.
These people will come home to us for a minor reimbursement.
For parties, birthdays, weddings, etc. we will help to order orchestra, disc jockey, dancers, etc.
Taxi service from/to airport and into old Havana is available with a Chevrolet 1951 Power Glide.

Near the house there are a number of smaller restaurants and places like Acuario Nacional with its dolphin show, Marina Hemingway, Tropicana Cabaret, Club Havana with its sandy beach, etc.
From the roof terrace you can look down at Parque Ecologico Monte Barreto, where horse riding, horse carriage and other family activities are available.
On the other side of the park and within easy walking distance you will find the hotels Four Points by Sheraton, Occidental Miramar, Aparthotel Montehabana, Comodoro, Melia Habana, Triton, Neptuno, Panorama, Chataeu and Copacabana.
You have full access to these hotels offerings such as restaurants, pools, banks and travel agencies.
Here you can order all-inclusive one-day or multi-day trips to the beaches of Varadero, Unesco's World Heritage Site in Trinidad, the Tobacco Farms in Pinar del Rio, the Crocodile Farm in Guama, and others.
Why not take the double-decker buses, hop-on, hop-off, which will take you to into Old Havana with its sights.
One hour's guide by our Chevrolet is included in order to familiarize yourself with the surroundings.
