Inside, the villa has been modernly finished to provide a superior holiday experience. The property is set over 3 floors, with the main entrance located on the middle floor. The middle floor houses the main living area with a beautifully decorated lounge (2 sofa beds, satellite TV, wi-fi free internet, large patio doors leading to large sea-facing balconies), a fully equipped kitchen (purposely built for this villa and fitted with all the most useful appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc), and a WC. On the upper floor, the master bedroom suite has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and private terraces overlooking the pool, the gardens and the sea. The 2 further bedrooms are located on the lower floor. They are respectively a double and a twin, both opening straight to the garden /pool area. The double bedroom has its own shower room while the twin bedroom has its en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A useful laundry area is also located on this floor. All the interiors, including the common areas, are air-conditioned (included in the rental price).
The manicured gardens with private swimming pool are a perfect place to relax and unwind, miles away from the daily routine. The large private pool measures 8m x 4m (depth 1.5m) and is lit at night. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided, together with barbecue and outdoor dining facilities.
