The Apartments.
The apartment is furnished by internal Swedish pine doors and American Walnut furniture. Each apartment consists of: a living room, shower room with continuous hot water supply (since bathrooms are serviced by Lpg water heaters), a double or two single beds, sofa bed, wardrobe (with some apartments having a walk-in wardrobe), common washing facilities (i.e. washing machine) and a drying area. All apartments boast of air-conditioned bedrooms, heating, Wi-fi internet and a safety deposit box; all of which are included in the price. Upon arrival, linen and towels are provided at no additional charge. Apartments are cleaned every week, although additional cleaning services are available on request at a charge. Complimenting these self-catering apartments are characteristic features such as ancient flagstone and old patterned Maltese floor tiles, stone slab floors, masonry stone arches, stone ceiling slabs (known as ‘xorok’ in Maltese), heavy wooden ceiling beams and large solid steel front door hooks amongst other features.

Guest Access.
All apartments lead to a common mature garden with a lovely relaxing patio area furnished with luxurious Rattan furniture. A common barbecue area and plenty of space for young ones to enjoy themselves while adults can sit back, relax and enjoy basking in the sun even in winter times. Considering that the average yearly temperature is around 23°c (73°f) during the day and 16°c (61°f) at night and that Malta enjoys one of the most optimal number of hours of daylight in Europe; the garden, patio and barbecue area will surely be of a great asset to many staying at Quayside Apartments.

Interaction with Guests.
Staff are all ways available and willing to assist what ever the need may be.

The Neighborhood.
The picturesque traditional fishing village of Marsaxlokk, has to date remained very much unspoiled and natural. With the pleasures of virtually unrestricted parking and an easy & laid back day to day life style.

Getting Around.
Marsaxlokk is approximately 15 minutes drive from the airport and is accessible via 3 bus routes options, with the bus stop being just 3 minutes walk away from the apartments.

Other Things to Note.
Continental breakfast is available at an additional cost of Euro8.00 per person and this is served in the apartment.

Guests.
Please note that the facilities of Quayside Apartments are for the sole use of its patrons and none registered individuals are not permitted on the premises without prior authorisation from the management.
One is also kindly reminded to respect the neighbours and act responsibly.

Pets.
Animals are not allowed to stay in the apartments or in the common areas except for special circumstances.

Smoking Policy.
All apartments are non-smoking. Guests are advised to smoke outdoors or in the common garden. Smoking in the apartments will result in the termination of your stay at Quayside Apartments and a one night stay charge will be applied to your debit/credit card or invoiced (in the case of payment made by cheque) if the room is not aired in time for the next customer. If we realise that you have smoked indoors after departure then you will be notified in writing and asked to settle the one night stay charge as outlined.

Check-in & Check Out.
The standard check in time Monday to Friday is between 14:00hrs and 16:00hrs. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays by appointment. Check-out time is at 10:00hrs. Kindly advise us when you have an indication of estimated arrival time prior to your arrival. If you intend to check in after 16:00hrs then please let us know beforehand since if you do not arrive by 16:00hrs then we are expected to treat you as a no-show. This means that your booking will be cancelled and the room will be made available for other customers.

It is sometimes possible to check in earlier. However, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Late check-out will be available subject to availability. Keeping of apartment charges are applicable

To check-in at the apartment you need to be at least 18 years old.

Energy.
Action has been taken to conserve energy by installing various energy saving apparatus. Kindly, assist us in this effort by ensuring that Lights, Air conditioner and other Electrical and / or Lpg appliances are not left turned on when premises is unoccupied.

In the eventuality of such, a member of staff will access premises to rectify situation.

Breakages.
Quayside Apartments reserves the right to charge you for any damages or breakages that are not of an accidental nature as well as for any items which are found to be missing during and / or after your stay.

Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.
